Shao was raised in Taiwan. He fell in love with lighting when he was working with talented designers as a stage manager. He enjoys controlling the uncontrollable and finding the possibility in impossibility. Shao’s goal is to be an international lighting designer who can inspire people no matter what their season of life. Shao believes that being able to learn and create is a blessing.
